Customer Objectives
Create a seamless transition from the back of the home to the dock, with a wide walkway and a seating deck that overlooks the water.
Existing Conditions & Challenges
The grade changed between the house and the shoreline, so the walkway and deck had to be stepped and leveled carefully to stay safe and comfortable.
