The brief
Customer Objectives
The homeowners wanted a dock that fit a growing family — room to board the boat comfortably, shaded seating, and a lift to keep the hull out of the water between trips.
Existing Conditions & Challenges
The shoreline had a gentle drop-off and the lot backed up to a protected view corridor, so the dock footprint and height had to work within tight permitting constraints.
